We do not perform treatments on pregnant women, minors under 18 years of age, or individuals in the post-operative period.

Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed on the SPA premises.

We are not responsible for belongings left in the lockers of the changing rooms and common areas of the SPA.

Pay attention to the validity of your voucher or gift certificate, which can be 6 or 12 months.

The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for products or other treatments of higher value.

The presentation of the Gift Voucher is essential for the treatment to be carried out.

Schedule your treatment at least one day in advance.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early.
